1. Bootstrap or use your own money
2. Search “crowdfunding” on Google, start a well thought out campaign.
3. Apply for a loan.
4. Ask friends and family.
5. Leverage your assets.
6. Get investments from “investors” or VC’s.
Now, some of these are harder than others BUT they all start with a well thought out overall plan, a business plan, financials of you and your business (if you haven’t started the business or sold anything then use hypothetical numbers) and a brand or marketing plan.
Create these documents FIRST before asking for capital.
